| Traill International School, established in 1966, has come a long
way since its inception. We continue to provide a quality education
for students from the ages of 3 to 18 years old. Further planned growth
will provide enhanced facilities, and opportunities for our children.
It is our intention to develop a school which truly serves the local
communities.
We are proud of both the high academic standards our students achieve,
as well as the recognition we have for promoting the education of
the ‘whole child’. Traill is a recognised accredited examinations
centre by Cambridge International Examinations for IGCSE and A-level
examinations. The school is a member of the European Council of
International Schools (ECIS) and International School Associations
of Thailand (ISAT).
The diversity of the students and staff at Traill International
School makes attending the school an experience in world living.
Our community represents over 26 different nationalities, all working
towards one common goal – our commitment to bringing out the best
in all those who attend the school, as the very essence of education.
Schools are for students, and we aim to support and encourage them
to develop their potential, to equip them for a successful future,
and to create successful and productive members of an increasingly
global and technological society.
We recognise that each student is at a different starting point
so we must provide a curriculum that meets the varying needs of
the students. Thus we take into account the ability of the child,
and the nature of their previous experiences. Diversity and differentiation
are key to our teaching. Our team of dedicated and experienced teachers
is committed to creating a caring, happy and stimulating environment
for our children.
Every effort is made to ensure the education received will suit
the needs of the individual, and to equip them for continuing studies,
be it a return to the education system in their country of origin,
or on to higher education in Thailand or overseas.
